Dear Sir / Madam,

I'd like to compliment Emily Chan for the excellent service she provided me for my recent trip to Maldives. This is the first time my husband and I visited Maldives. When I called your company's hotline, Miss Chan has walked me through a wide selection of hotels on offer. Her product knowledge is superb. I am a frequent traveller and I have come across many travel agents in the past. Miss Chan's professionalism and attention to customer's needs has far exceeded my expectations. I'd like to make a special note about her patience as I have made numerous requests back and forth as I planned for the trip. What is most impressive is that when I unfortunately had a rib fraction which refrained me from travelling, Miss Chan initiated to call the hotel to postpone my booking for a week, without prompting. Her consideration is the most helpful especially when I was in a stressful situation like this. Miss Chan's commitment to excellent customer service is to be highly applauded. Please help me extend my heartiest thanks to Miss Chan. Thank you.

本人期待一個寫意的Maldives旅程已經很久,透過家人的推薦,本人認識貴公司。
由於一向以來本人一家喜歡參加旅行團,要自己計劃一個行程乃是首次,幸運地遇上貴公司的余彥楓小姐,她的專業精神及細心周詳,簡直令我非常佩服。
從推介地點,交通安排,甚至價錢方面,全都為我們一家貼身訂做,照顧我們有老有少的需要,而且當中一切安排或選擇,余小姐都不厭其煩的與我們商量及提點,協助我們找到最適合的渡假行程。
除此之外,當我們在旅程前及旅程中所遇到的問題和困難,余小姐都一一協助我們解決,而且関懷備至,在我們旅途中,最㥬惶無助的時候,給我們一點溫暖,非常窩心。因為我們今次的旅程實在太驚險,不但天氣很壞,五天都是過著像香港十號風球的天氣,風高浪急,回程時連水上飛機也不能飛,就算到國際航班之飛機也因機件固障,突然緊急降落Srilanka,足足延誤了十小時才到港。
真是多得余小姐在旅程中的安慰和関注,尤像我們的家人一樣,使我們從沒有被遺棄的感覺。

特此,希望可以藉此感謝及表揚一下余彥楓小姐的專業精神!

I just wanted to send you an email to tell you how satisfied I am with the excellent customer service that was provided to me by Taky Chung at your company.

I am in Canada and I took the risk of booking a trip through your travel company because I was told that Hong Kong travel companies are reliable. When I first called your company Taky was helpful by providing me different resort quotes and making suggestions to me regarding resorts. Despite never heard of your company, my experience with Taky over the phone was good and I decided to booked an trip to Maldives at Velassaru for May 25 to May 29, 2014.

However, I was extremely dissatisfied when we were quoted for a full board at the resort for HKD $16,980 plus taxes for a room over water with pool, but once we transferred the money to your company, we were then informed that the room is not available and I must upgrade by paying an additional $4,400 while loosing the full board to breakfast only. I was very dissatisfied with the process the transaction took place because there is no reason to provide customers a quote/your promise that a room is available when it is not.

However, after speaking to Taky over the phone, he informed me that there was a miscommunication on email, and that he willing to take responsibility of the miscommunication. He managed to make arrangements to accommodate all my needs. In addition, I was also very pleased to find that he took the initiative to speak to his manager, prior to me calling, to see how he could improve for next time. Someone that is willing to take responsibility and initiative to fix a problem is the key to repeat business and return customers due to excellent service. I can assure you that with this experience I will be recommending your company to my friends and family who are looking to book at trip in Hong Kong.
